Urban Guardian Awards Dinner & Gala Sponsorship Agreement The Urban Guardians Youth Partnership is a joint industry collaboration created in association with Hoops-R-Us, Incorporated. Hoops-R-Us is a youth advocacy program located in Los Angeles, California in charge of the Urban Guardians Partnership and Awards operations, production budgets and net appropriations. Portions of sponsorship and donor revenue will be applied towards operations, underwriting administrative fees and event production costs and will be fiscally managed by our Accountant and Financial Control Agent, Robert Singleton. 		Hoops-R-Us, is our project fiduciary and CO-beneficiary of all Urban Guardians Partnership activities. "Urban Guardians Partnership" is a charitable collaboration with Hoops-R-Us, Inc, a Los Angeles based charity currently in charge of the Urban Guardians Partnership legal and capital management. Our tax exempt 501 (c)(3) number is available upon request.
